Most people have heard of goal setting. You may have attended a workshop, read about SMART goal setting, some of you are even writing your goals down. Yet so many of us are still not going forward in our lives, not feeling any sense of real achievement, not reaching our goals. Life has become routine, we go through the motions day to day to make sure the bills are paid at the end of the month.

Most of us are too afraid to set goals or have big dreams in case we are disappointed or the reality of life gets in the way again. And there are so many things that get in the way of achieving our goals. Not enough time, we are too busy trying to make ends meet, too many demands, children, work, financial responsibilities, family commitments etc. In fact we dont even know what we want or what will make us happy any more. We can get to a point of knowing what we dont want though!

This practical, effective coaching process will show you how to break through the barriers to success, happiness and fulfilment, help you define what you want and develop a plan to get it, quickly and easily.

2 hour sessions, once a week over 7 weeks.

Dare to dream and become committed to your own life plan, not someone elses.

This programme would suit Project Teams and assist in defining and acheiving goals in the corporate environment.


Understanding Limiting Belief Systems

Throughout our lives we have developed belief systems, some of which serve us and some of which dont. Our belief systems have a direct influence on our thinking and our behaviour. It is an interesting fact that most of the belief systems that drive our behaviour as adults are false or no longer have meaning in our lives, and yet we still continue to act on them. Most of our stress, unhappiness and discontentment derives from our continual support of false beliefs. All emotion is created through our thoughts and beliefs. What emotions are you creating most of the time?

The problem exacerbates because we always look for situations that support our belief systems. So if the belief system is:

  • I cant do it
  • I dont deserve it
  • Im not good enough

you will create a life that supports this belief.

I.e., you never get the promotion or job you go for, your relationships falter, you feel as though there is something lacking in your life or you feel as though your relationships are temporary, waiting for something or someone better to come along.

If the belief system is:

  • There isnt enough

then your life will also reflect this. You will constantly feel as though everything is just out of reach and you are just going through the motions day to day. It doesnt matter how hard you work, there is never enough money, appreciation, recognition, or achievement. There is however, lots more work!

Our belief systems can enable or disable us. This 7 week course empowers you to start looking at your belief systems and rebuild positive beliefs of:

  • I Deserve,
  • I am Worthy,
  • I am Powerful.
  • I am Loving and Loveable
